A bathroom remodel is a $9,000 to $30,000 decision that a homeowner makes maybe twice in their life. They research for weeks. They compare you with a one-day bath franchise that spends more on TV in a month than you spend on marketing in a year. Then they call three companies and hire the one that answered, showed up on time, and had the reviews to back it up.
This site is about winning that comparison without a franchise budget.
What is on the site
The benchmark report comes from 8,145 public Google Business Profile listings of bathroom remodeling companies across 51 states. The median company has 10 reviews. 49.5% have fewer than 10. Only 9.4% have crossed 100, and those are the ones that own the map pack in most metros. Companies with a website have a median of 15 reviews; companies without one have 1.
The guides cover what moves estimates for this trade: getting reviews from a customer who just spent three weeks without a shower, a Google profile that shows tub-to-shower conversions instead of a stock photo, Google Ads that do not pay $90 for "bathroom ideas" clicks, Meta ads for walk-in showers and aging-in-place work, and what to text an estimate request you could not answer.
The missed-call calculator takes your average project and your monthly estimate requests and shows what unanswered calls cost. At an $18,000 average, one missed call a week is a bigger problem than any ad budget.
The stance here
No one on this site will tell you that you need a rebrand, a funnel, or a six-month contract before a single estimate shows up. Every guide gives the actual steps and the actual numbers, whether or not you ever talk to us. If you would rather have it done, choose a service and we run it for 14 days free. No card. Text or call (385) 452-8683.
Steven Von edits the site. He has run growth campaigns for local service companies, bath remodelers among them, and he pulls and cleans the benchmark data himself every month.
