Appointment setting for a bathroom remodeling company
Remodelers do not usually think of outbound, but there are two lists where it works. The first is your own past estimates and past customers, where a short, friendly call books more than any text. The second is property managers, real estate agents and senior-living placement advisors, who each touch dozens of bathrooms a year and refer to whoever they know.
The script is short: who you are, the specific project type you do (tub-to-shower, walk-in showers for aging in place), a price range, and a request for a 15-minute in-home visit or a coffee. For past estimates: "The bathroom still on the list? We have openings in three weeks and I can update the number." For agents: "We do walk-in conversions in nine days for listings and for buyers' parents. Can I drop off a card and a price sheet?"
The mistake is a generic dialer script that sounds like a warranty call. Working after two weeks looks like 150 to 300 dials, a handful of in-home visits booked, and three or four referral partners who know your name and your price range. Numbers vary a lot by market and list quality.
